Diagnosis before drawing

Water, drainage, electrics and structure assessed before any proposal. It is what keeps the expensive surprises out of the middle of the build.

Full or partial renovation

From kitchens and bathrooms to a complete strip-out. The scope is yours; responsibility for delivering it is ours.

Occupied or empty

We know how to work in an occupied home, in phases and with the areas in use protected — it costs more time, and we say so upfront.

Efficiency that pays for itself

Insulation, glazing and climate control assessed on real payback, not on the datasheet. Sometimes it does not pay; when it does not, we say so.

    We visit the space, measure it and assess the state of the services and the structure. This is where we find out what is feasible, and at what cost.

    2 to 5 weeks

    We design the solution for your space and your budget, with both on the table at the same time.

    Define

    1 to 3 weeks

    We close materials, suppliers and dates before starting. A decision deferred to the site always costs more than the same decision taken now.

    Depends on scope

    One team accountable for every trade on site, with no blame passed between subcontractors.
